摘要
加拿大基础教育海外学校认证机制为保障海外学校的成功创办提供重要支撑。文章以加拿大阿尔伯塔省为例,其认证机制包含四级动态认证系统,以省政府教育部门为认证主体,重视学校质量提升,并以证据驱动,强调绩效评价。阿尔伯塔省基础教育海外办学认证机制对我国基础教育海外办学研究和实践提供了思考的方向:用认证的方式创新办学模式,用认证的过程提升办学质量,用认证的标准塑造国家特色,避免办学的同质化倾向。
Accreditation mechanism supports greatly for start-up and operation of Canadian offshore schools. Taking Alberta as an example,its accreditation mechanism includes a four-tier dynamic accreditation system. With the education department of the provincial government as the main body of accreditation,it attaches great importance to the sustainable improvement of schools,and is driven by evidence,emphasizing performance evaluation. Some enlightenment could be drawn from the accreditation mechanism of Canadian basic education offshore schools. First,start Chinese overseas schools by accrediting local schools. Second,dynamic accreditation helps to improve the quality of overseas schools. Third,establish overseas schools with Chinese characteristics through accreditation standards.
