摘要
本研究对C市6所民办幼儿园教师进行问卷调查,考察了民办幼儿教师职业满意度的情况。研究结果表明:某市民办幼儿园教师总体职业满意度水平处于一般程度,其中对工作本身的满意度最高、对工作环境的满意度最低,教师职业满意度在年龄、教龄、学历、工资变量上具有显著差异。基于此,研究建议通过唤醒自主发展意识、满足教师多元培训需求、合理增加教师薪资、加强组织氛围建设等措施,提高民办幼儿园教师的职业满意度。
A questionnaire survey was conducted on teachers of six private kindergartens in City C to examine the professional satisfaction of private kindergarten teachers. The research results show that:the overall occupational satisfaction level of a private kindergarten teacher is at a general level,of which the satisfaction with the job itself is the highest,and the working environment is the lowest;the occupational satisfaction of teachers has significant differences in the variables of age,teaching age,education and salary. Based on this,it is suggested to improve the professional satisfaction of teachers in private kindergartens by awakening the awareness of independent development,meeting teachers’ diverse training needs,reasonably increasing teachers’ salaries,and strengthening organizational atmosphere construction.
