不同保存条件的富血小板血浆对MRSA体外抑菌性研究

摘要 目的:研究不同保存条件的人富血小板血浆(PRP)对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的体外抑菌效果。方法:从中心血站获取健康献血者的单采血小板作为PRP来源,观察22℃及-20℃冰冻保存条件下的PRP分别在不同时间段(0 h、3 h、6 h、9 h、12 h,24 h)对MRSA的抑菌效果。结果:22℃保存1天以及-20℃冰冻保存7天、14天的PRP对MRSA抑菌效果一致,均具有较明显的抑菌效果,但具有时效性。3h时抑菌作用最佳,随后12内抑菌作用逐渐减弱,24h后均无抑菌效果。PRP对标准MRSA菌株及临床分离MRSA菌株的抑菌效果无差别。比较12 h时抑菌强度,年龄组和性别组的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但PLT(×10^(9)/L)<900组与>900组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一定保存条件的富血小板血浆对标准菌株MRSA及临床分离菌株均具有抑菌作用,冰冻保存效果更好,抑菌作用具有时效性。
