摘要
目的 探讨清金化痰汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重(AECOPD)的疗效及对外周血JAK/STAT信号通路的影响。方法选取2014年7月—2020年7月系统内单位推荐的130例AECOPD患者的临床资料,参照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各65例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合清金化痰汤治疗,持续治疗2周。对比两组的中医证候积分、近期疗效、呼吸功能指标及外周血JAK/STAT信号通路相关指标。结果 观察组各中医证候积分、外周血JAK/STAT信号通路相关指标均低于对照组,各呼吸功能指标均优于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(t=6.579、5.531、8.103、6.857、5.208、6.026、5.601、2.769、3.293,均P<0.05);观察组近期疗效高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.795,P<0.05)。结论 清金化痰汤联合西医治疗AECOPD的近期疗效佳,可提高患者呼吸功能,可能与该药物调控JAK/STAT信号通路功能的作用相关。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qingjin Huatan decoction on the acute aggravation of COPD(AECOPD)and the influence of peripheral blood JAK/STAT signalling pathway. Methods From July 2014 to July 2020, 130 AECOPD patients recommended by other units of the system were divided into 65 cases in the control group and 65 cases in the observation group by reference to the stochastic table method.The patients in the control group received clinical routine treatment, and the patients in the observation group received routine treatment combined with Qingjin Huatan decoction for two weeks. The differences of the score value, recent efficacy, respiratory function parameters and peripheral blood JAK/STAT signaling pathway in the two groups were compared. Results The TCM syndrome scores and related indexes of peripheral blood JAK/STAT signaling pathway in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and all respiratory function indexes were better than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(t=6.579, 5.531, 8.103, 6.857, 5.208, 6.026, 5.601, 2.769, 3.293, all P<0.05);the short-term curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.795, P<0.05). Conclusion Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with western medicine has a good short-term efficacy and improve respiratory function of AECOPD patients, which may be related to the effect of the drug in regulating the function of JAK/STAT signaling pathway.
