雾化辅助非溶剂诱导相分离法制备聚丙烯腈平板膜

摘要 采用增加雾化预处理的步骤优化了传统非溶剂诱导相分离制膜方法,利用SEM以及接触角、平均孔径、体积孔隙率及纯水通量测试等方法对制得的聚丙烯腈(PAN)平板膜的微观形貌及性能进行表征。实验结果表明,雾化预处理的增加引起了PAN平板膜微观结构变化,随着雾化预处理时间的延长,膜平均孔径由22.3 nm增至503.3 nm,孔隙率由49.3%增至77.9%;PAN平板膜表面的亲水性逐渐提高,接触角由58.6°降至29.1°,纯水通量由0.1 MPa下的627 L/(m^(2)·h)增至40kPa下的5 093 L/(m^(2)·h)。该方法是一种简单、快速、易于工业化制备、无需添加剂的膜微观结构调控方法。 The classical non-solvent induced phase separation method was optimized and innovated by adding an atomization pretreatment step. The microstructure and properties of the polyacrylonitrile flat sheet membranes were investigated by SEM,contact angle,average pore size,porosity,and pure water flux.The experimental results showed that the atomization pretreatment caused the change of the microstructure of the membranes. With the increase of the atomization pretreatment time,the average pore size of the membrane increased from 22.3 nm to 503.3 nm,the porosity increased from 49.3% to 77.9 %,the contact angle decreased from 58.6° to 29.1°,and the pure water flux increased from 627 L/(m^(2)·h) at 0.1 MPa to 5 093 L/(m^(2)·h) at 40 kPa. It showed that a simple,fast,and easy to industrialize method has been successfully developed which can control the microstructure of membrane without additives.
