新时代我国基础教育教学改革的现实困境及其突围 被引量:2

摘要 教学改革是推动教育发展的动力。当前我国基础教育阶段的教学改革面临难以形成改革合力、改革缺乏系统性和全面性,以及过度依赖自上而下的行政力量推动等诸多问题。究其原因,主要是教学改革的重要性和紧迫性未能得到有力彰显、教学改革研究体系的有效性急需增强、教学改革文化急需建设等。树立正确的教学改革观念、完善教学改革体制机制、加强教学改革文化建设等,是我国基础教育阶段教学改革过程中需重点解决的问题。 Teaching reform is the driving force to promote the development of education. At present, the teaching reform in the basic education stage of our country is faced with many problems, such as difficulty in forming the resultant force of reform, lack of systematicness and comprehensiveness of reform, and excessive reliance on top-down administrative forces. The main reasons are that the importance and urgency of teaching reform have not been highlighted, the effectiveness of teaching reform research system needs to be further enhanced, and the positive culture of teaching reform needs to be built. Establishing correct teaching reform concept, improving teaching reform system and mechanism, and strengthening the construction of teaching reform culture are the key problems which need to be solved in the process of teaching reform at the basic education stage in China.
