摘要
咖啡因是当前国际最流行的运动增能剂与中枢神经刺激剂,对运动与特殊职业表现具有良好的提高作用与适用性,也是运动、军事、营养等领域的研究热点之一。作者综述了咖啡因的增能作用机制及其对运动表现多个方面的影响(自觉用力评分与疼痛、耐力运动、肌肉力量与肌肉耐力、高强度运动及热环境下的运动表现),以期为其在我国运动员与特殊职业者中的全面应用提供参考。
Caffeine is currently the most popular exercise enhancer and central nervous stimulator in the world. It has good improvement and applicability for sports and special occupational performance, and is also one of the research hot-spots in sports, military, nutrition and other fields.This paper summarizes the mechanism of energy increasing effect of caffeine and its influence on many aspects of sports performance(conscious exertion score and pain, endurance sports, muscle strength and muscle endurance, high-intensity sports and sports performance under thermal environment), with a view to providing reference for its comprehensive application in Chinese athletes and special professionals.
