间充质干细胞外泌体在创面修复相关信号通路中的作用研究进展

Research advances in the role of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in wound repair-related signaling pathways

摘要 创面修复是感染或机械创伤引起的损伤后修复和恢复组织体内平衡的过程。研究表明,间充质干细胞外泌体作为细胞交流的媒介参与了创面修复。本文归纳了创面修复过程中Wnt/β-连环蛋白、转化生长因子-β、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)等信号通路的作用和机制,同时就间充质干细胞外泌体参与调节上述通路的研究进展进行了回顾总结,并对间充质干细胞外泌体在创面修复中的应用前景和发展瓶颈进行了展望。 Wound repair is the process of repairing and restoring tissue homeostasis after injury caused by infection or mechanical trauma.It has been shown that mesenchymal stem cell exosomes are involved in wound repair as mediators of cell communication.In this paper,the effects and mechanisms of Wnt/β-catenin,transforming growth factor-β,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt)and other signaling pathways during wound repair are summarized,and the research progress of mesenchymal stem cell exosomes involved in regulating the above pathways is reviewed and summarized,and the application prospects and development bottlenecks of mesenchymal stem cell exosomes in wound repair are prospected.
