摘要
经过几年地探索,我国现代学徒制取得了显著成效,进入总结、推广阶段。实践中存在校企合作可持续性不容乐观、规则刚性不足、师资力量薄弱、实训条件不够完善、考核评价机制不够健全等问题。采取政府进一步重视制订相关法律、强化契约意识、培养高素质“双导师”、建立“校中厂”、社会机构深度介入等措施有助于中国特色现代学徒制逐渐完善,为职业教育发展做出新贡献。
After several years of exploration,the modern apprenticeship system in our country has achieved remarkable results,and is entering the stage of summary and promotion.There are some problems in practice,such as the unoptimistic sustainability of college-enterprise cooperation,the insufficient rigidity of rules,the weak faculty,the imperfect training conditions and the imperfect evaluation mechanism.The modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics can be gradually improved by taking measures such as the government paying more attention to it,formulating relevant laws,strengthening the consciousness of contracts,training high-quality“double tutors”,establishing“in-school factories”and deep involvement of social organizations so as to make a new contribution to the development of vocational education.
