摘要
将二维码的检测技术应用到分拣系统中,基于OpenMV对二维码进行图像预处理,提高视觉模块对二维码的识别率,并基于单目摄像头的小孔成像原理为分拣系统提供表面带有二维码的待分拣物体的空间位置信息,提高了分拣系统对目标检测的准确性以及分拣系统的分拣效率。
In this paper,the two-dimensional code detection technology is applied to the sorting system.The two-dimensional code image is preprocessed based on OpenMV to improve the recognition rate of two-dimensional code by the vision module,and the spatial location information of objects with two-dimensional code on the surface is provided for the sorting system based on the pinciple of keyhole imaging of monocular camera.The accuracy of target detection and efficiency of the sorting system are improved.
