摘要
针对数字化船舶车间仓库管理中设备摆放问题,比如设备随意摆放以及货架空间浪费,严重降低了船舶智能制造物流的效率。因此提出以设备出入库效率、货架的稳定性以及同种设备的聚集程度为目标,建立数学模型。根据数学模型,构建出多目标函数,将其进行归一化处理以及加权处理形成单一目标函数,采用遗传算法对目标函数进行迭代优化计算。研究结果表明,遗传算法可以有效地提高数字化船舶车间仓库出入库效率以及保证货架的稳定性。
Aiming at the problems of equipment placement in the warehouse management of digital ship workshop,such as the disorderly placement of equipment and the inefficient use of cargo space,which affect the low efficiency of ship intel-ligent manufacturing logistics.This paper proposes to establish a mathematical model aiming at the efficiency of equipment in and out of the warehouse,the stability of shelves and the aggregation degree of the same kind of equipment.According to the mathematical model,the multi-objective function is constructed,normalized and weighted to form a single objective func-tion,and the objective function is iteratively optimized by genetic algorithm.The results show that genetic algorithm can ef-fectively improve the warehousing efficiency of digital ship workshop warehouse and ensure the stability of shelves.
