Test Platform For Shaft Angle Encoders Based on LabVIEW

基于LabVIEW的轴角编码器自动检测设备是针对某型指控系统装备中装机数量大、故障率高的一种轴角编码器的性能指标检测要求进行研究设计的,应用于轴角编码器维修和生产过程。根据轴角编码器检测平台的具体要求,完成了硬件系统的设计。以LabVIEW作为软件平台,根据具体测试流程和测试任务,通过模块化编程思想完成整个系统的软件设计工作,实现了用户管理、运转测试、轴码测试、数据分析、数据显示、保存等功能。试验结果表明,该测试设备符合测试要求,满足测试任务,可以作为轴角编码器检测的良好平台。

The test platform for shaft angle encoders based on LabVIEW is designed for the performance and technical index requirements of a shaft angle encoder with large installed quantity and high failure rate in a certain command and control system equipment.It is applied to the performance test of shaft angle encoders in the process of maintenance and production.According to the specific requirements of the shaft angle encoder detection platform,the hardware system is designed.Taking Lab VIEW as the software platform,according to the specific test process and test tasks,through the idea of modular programming,the software design of the whole system is completed,and the functions of user management,operation test,axle code test,data analysis,data display and storage are realized.The test results show that the test system meets the test requirements and test tasks,and can be used as a good platform for the detection of shaft angle encoder.
