基于视觉技术的倒罐间自动折铁系统的研究与应用

倒罐间是炼钢厂的首道工序,在手动折铁过程中,容易受罐口结壳、人为操作失误等因素影响造成铁水外溢。介绍了一种通过视觉技术实现自动折铁的方法,自动控制鱼雷罐车倾翻,从而有效避免了铁水喷洒损坏生产设备、危害设备及人身安全等问题。

The pouring tank room is the first process in the steelmaking plant.In the process of manual iron folding,it is easy to be caused by factors such as shell at the tank mouth and human operation errors.This paper introduces a method to realize automatic iron folding through visual technology,which can automatically control the tipping of torpedo tank car,so as to effectively avoid the damage of production equipment by hot metal spraying and endanger the equip-ment and personal safety.
