摘要
针对目前手机玻璃盖板依赖人工视觉检测、效率低、误检及漏检率高的问题,提出一种基于机器视觉的手机玻璃盖板表面缺陷检测与分拣系统。结合机器视觉和机器人优势,在构建系统的硬件框架基础上,对工业产线上的手机玻璃图像采集与处理、特征提取与分类,实现手机玻璃以行业外观检测标准检测与分拣,从而提高工业生产自动化及产品检测精准度。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,false detection and high missed detection rate for human visual inspection of mobile phone glass cover.This paper proposes a surface defect detection and sorting system for mobile phone glass cover based on machine vision.In order to realize the inspection and sorting of mobile phone glass according to the industry appearance inspection standards.It combines the advantages of machine vision and robots,on the basis of building the hardware framework of the system,to collect and process,feature extraction and classification of mobile phone glass images on industrial production lines.Thereby improving the automation of industrial production and the accuracy of product detection.
