提高含钛不锈钢中厚板屈服强度的工艺实践

摘要 本文研究了不同化学成分(C、Mn含量)、不同热轧工艺条件和不同热处理工艺对321不锈钢中厚板屈服强度强度的影响,研究结果发现,C含量的升高对屈服强度贡献较大;热轧过程中压下量对321成品中厚板的屈服强度贡献较大;加热过程中,在相同温度条件下,随着保温时间的增加屈服强度有所下降。东方特钢通过连铸坯成功试制出了屈服强度合格的58mm厚度321不锈钢中厚板。
