摘要
通过炼化总流程模拟,对比了溶剂脱沥青、催化裂化、延迟焦化3条沸腾床渣油加氢裂化未转化油利用路线的经济性,并考察了沸腾床渣油加氢裂化进料渣油比例、低硫船用燃料油价格等因素的影响。结果表明,从未转化油流向看,在3条路线中未转化油优先选择溶剂脱沥青路线。从总流程经济性考虑,当沸腾床渣油加氢裂化进料渣油比例较低且低硫船用燃料油价格较高时,催化裂化路线因公用工程费用较低而略有优势,但催化裂化装置对未转化油加工能力有限,约55%未转化油用于调和低硫船用燃料油。当低硫船用燃料油价格倒挂时,未转化油直接进入装置加工的比例增加,采用溶剂脱沥青路线更具竞争力。
In this paper,a process simulation was conducted to estimate the economic benefit from utilization of the unconverted oil produced by ebullated-bed residue hydrogenation.Three processing routes were compared,including solvent deasphalting,fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)and delayed coking.The effects of residueal oil ratio in the feed of ebullated-bed hydrogenation and marine fuel oil price were investigated.The results showed that the solvent deasphalting route was preferred among the three routes.While in terms of the overall economic benefit,when the residue oil ratio in the feed of ebullated-bed hydrogenation was low and the price of the marine fuel oil was high,the FCC route had a slight advantage due to the lower of utilities costs.However,as the FCC unit had a limited capacity to process the unconverted oil,about 55%of the unconverted oil was used to blend low-sulphur marine fuel oil.When the price of the marine fuel oil was not cost-effective,more unconverted oil had to be sent into the processing units,the solvent deasphalting route became more competitive among them.
