摘要
随着国有企业改革不断深化,党中央、国务院对剥离国有企业办社会职能作出了总体部署,企业原后勤服务辅业面临新形势,业务内容发生变化,全面转型,走向市场成为必由之路。但这些企业普遍面临市场化起步晚、体制机制不灵活、专业人才缺乏、资产负担沉重等一系列问题。通过分析社会同类企业的新特点,剖析相关问题,探讨国有后勤服务企业应如何把握机遇、补足短板、发挥特色优势,通过管理创新与经营创效实现新发展。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made a general plan for state-owned enterprises to divest themselves of social functions.The original logistics service and auxiliary business of the enterprises are facing new situations.The business content has changed,and the comprehensive transformation has become the only way to go to the market.However,these enterprises generally face a series of problems such as late start of marketization,inflexible system and mechanism,lack of professional talents,and heavy asset burden.By analyzing the new characteristics of similar enterprises in society and related issues,this paper discusses how state-owned logistics service enterprises should seize opportunities,complement weaknesses,give play to their distinctive advantages,and achieve new development through management innovation and operational efficiency creation.
