摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠(SA)为原料,采用冻融法制备了PVA/SA复合水凝胶。采用SEM、FT-IR表征了样品的化学结构,研究了PVA/SA复合水凝胶对Fe^(3+)的吸附性能。结果表明:当PVA/SA质量比为1∶4,吸附体系中水凝胶用量为0.030 g,Fe^(3+)溶液的初始浓度为50 mg/L,溶液p H值为5时,复合水凝胶对Fe^(3+)的吸附量和吸附率分别为83.11 mg/g和99.74%。利用吸附准二级动力学模型描述了水凝胶对Fe^(3+)的吸附过程,表明该吸附过程主要是化学吸附。
The PVA/SA composite hydrogels were prepared by freeze-thaw method using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and sodium alginate(SA)as raw materials.The structures of the samples were characterized by SEM and FT-IR,and the adsorption properties of the PVA/SA composite hydrogels on Fe^(3+)were investigated.The results showed that when the mass ratio of PVA/SA solution was 1∶4,the amount of hydrogel in the adsorption system was 0.030 g,the initial concentration of Fe^(3+)was 50 mg/L,and the p H value of the solution was 5,the adsorption amount and the adsorption rate of the composite hydrogel on Fe^(3+)were 83.11 mg/g and 99.74%,respectively.The adsorption process of Fe^(3+)by hydrogels was described using a quasi-secondary kinetic model of adsorption kinetics,indicating that the adsorption process is mainly chemisorption.
