纳滤浓缩液脱硫耦合原水软化改性膜处理工程案例

摘要 整改优化原水除硬系统,强化预处理阶段的除硬效果,生化进水总硬从1000 mg/L降至310 mg/L;增加NF浓缩液除硫酸盐工艺段,去除系统中累积的硫酸根离子,保证NF系统的稳定运行,浓缩液硫酸根去除率达85%以上;将NF浓缩液脱硫清液分开处理,降低主系统的处理压力,保障芬顿系统出水稳定,降低结垢及运营风险。 In this paper,the raw water hardening system is rectified and optimized,the hardening effect of the pretreatment stage is strengthened,and the total hardness of the biochemical influent water is reduced from 1000 mg/L to 310mg/L,the NF concentrate removal process section is added to remove the accumulated sulfuric acid in the system root ions to ensure the stable operation of the NF system,and the sulfate removal rate of the concentrate is over 85%,the NF concentrate desulfurization clear liquid is treated separately to reduce the processing pressure of the main system,ensure the stability of the effluent of the Fenton system,and reduce scaling and damage.operational risk.
