摘要
新工科建设的提出,对改革工科学科教学体系,培养未来多元化、创新型卓越工程人才具有重要意义。以新工科建设新理念、新结构、新模式、新质量和新体系的内涵为指导,对专业的课程设置、教学方式和人才培养模式等进行认真分析,找出其中的问题和不足,并进行改革和实践。专业注重多学科的交叉融合,联合其他学院成立跨学科教学团队,丰富化工专业的知识体系。聘请多位企业专家,协同完善专业课程体系,注重校企合作,改进教学方式,提高学习效果。重视实践教学,改善实习条件,增加设计内容,鼓励学生参加科研竞赛,同时,制定新工科建设的考核方法和评价标准,建立有效的跟踪机制和反馈机制,促进化工专业的持续改进。
The proposal of new engineering construction is of great significance to reform the engineering teaching system and cultivate diversified and innovative excellent engineering talents in the future.Under the guidance of the connotation of new engineering construction,that is,new concept,new structure,new mode,new quality and new system,the professional curriculum,teaching methods and talent training mode are analyzed carefully for the chemical engineering specialty of our university,the problems and deficiencies are found out,and the reform and practice are carried out.The specialty pays attention to the interdisciplinary integration,and cooperates with other colleges to establish interdisciplinary teaching teams and the knowledge system of chemical engineering specialty is enriched.Hire a number of enterprise experts,cooperate to improve the professional curriculum system,pay attention to school enterprise cooperation,improve teaching methods and promote learning effect.Attach importance to practical teaching,improve practice conditions,increase design contents,encourage students to participate in scientific research competitions,formulate assessment methods and evaluation standards for the construction of new engineering subjects,and establish an effective tracking mechanism and feedback mechanism to promote the continuous improvement of chemical engineering specialty.
