摘要
OBE理念是一种基于成果导向的教育模式,注重学生工程实践能力的培养,在专业认证背景下的教学体系中发挥着重要作用。结合我校“化工原理实验”教学现状,以“精馏实验”为例,采用先虚拟仿真后现场操作的教学方法,鼓励学生自主设计实验方案,并采用Aspen Plus模拟软件优化实验条件,再自主搭建实验装置,然后现场实施实验方案,最后对设计方案和实施结果进行分组答辩。这种新的实验教学方法将有效提高学生工程实践能力及分析解决复杂工程问题的能力。
The concept of Outcomes-based Education is a results-oriented education model that pays attention to the improvement of students′engineering practice ability and plays an important role in the teaching system under the background of professional certification.Based on the principles of chemical engineering experiment teaching present situation,taking the distillation experiment as an example,using virtual simulation before site operation method of teaching,encourage students to design experiment scheme independently,and simulation with Aspen Plus software optimized experimental conditions,and set up the experimental equipment independently,and then carry out the experimental scheme in the field.Finally,the design scheme and implementation results were defended in groups.This new experimental teaching method will effectively improve students′engineering practice ability and ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems.
