摘要
安徽北部某肉类加工企业污水处理厂改造设计规模为0.5万m^(3)/d,改造设计中充分利用原有设施,合理选用污水处理流程,采用“隔油沉淀池-调节池-气浮池”工艺,二级处理采用“水解酸化池-厌氧池-生物曝气氧化池”工艺,消毒采用二氧化氯消毒工艺,污泥处理采用带式浓缩脱水机脱水。处理后的出水满足《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13457-92)中的二级标准。介绍了工程设计情况,为国内其他类似行业污水处理厂的处理和改造提供设计参考。
The renovation design scale of the sewage treatment plant of a meat processing enterprise in northern Anhui is 5000 m^(3)/d.In the renovation design,the original facilities are fully utilized,and the sewage treatment process is reasonably selected.The secondary treatment body"hydrolysis acidification tank-anaerobic tank-biological aeration oxidation tank"process,disinfection adopts chlorine dioxide disinfection process,and sludge treatment adopts belt type thickening dehydrator for dehydration.The treated effluent mainly meets the secondary standard in"Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Meat Processing Industry"(GB 13457-92).This paper introduces the engineering design,which can provide design reference for the treatment and transformation of sewage treatment plants in other similar industries in China.
