应用型本科院校跨专业复合型人才培养模式的探讨——以“化学+”为例

为顺应我国高等教育发展要求和百色学院“培养高水平应用型人才”的任务,百色学院化学专业应从培养单一的师范类专业人才,逐渐过渡至培养“化学+”复合型人才。为了实现这一转型,百色学院化学专业应对人才培养模式做出重大改革。化学专业近年来取得的一些建设成果,也侧面证明跨专业复合型人才培养能够提升毕业生就业率。

In order to meet the requirements of the development of higher education in China and the task of"cultivating high-level applied talents"of Baise University,Chemistry Major in Baise University should gradually transition from cultivating single normal professional talents to cultivating"Chemistry+"compound talents.In order to realize this transformation,the Chemistry Major in Baise University should make a major reform in the talent training mode.Construction achievements of Chemistry Major in recent years also prove that the cultivation of interdisciplinary compound talents can improve the employment rate of graduates.
