地方民办高校实验室安全管理体系构建与实践——以武汉生物工程学院生命科学与技术学院为例

Construction and Practice of Laboratory Safety Management System in Local Private Universities:Take the school of life science and technology of Wuhan college of biological engineering as an example

通过分析武汉生物工程学院生命科学与技术学院实验室安全管理现状,系统阐述地方民办高校实验室在安全管理中存在的共性问题。从学院实际情况出发,探索符合学院发展的实验室安全管理体系,即完善安全管理制度,加强新生入学安全教育,合理规划实验室功能分区,加强试剂耗材管理,营造实验室安全文化氛围,推动实验室信息化建设,建立“一自查、三巡查、一抽查”的实验室安全检查体系。实践证明,该体系的实施能有效降低实验室安全风险,为学院实验教学安全开展提供有力保障。

By analyzing the current situation of laboratory safety management in the School of Life Science and Technology,Wuhan University of Bioengineering,this paper systematically expounds the common problems existing in the safety management of laboratories in local private colleges and universities.Starting from the actual situation of the college,explore the laboratory safety management system in line with the development of the college,that is,improving the safety management system;strengthen the safety education for freshmen enrollment;reasonable planning of functional partitions of the laboratory;strengthen the management of reagent consumables;create an atmosphere of laboratory safety culture,pushing forward informatization construction of laboratory,establish a laboratory safety inspection system of"one self-inspection,three patrol inspections and one random inspection".practice has proved that the implementation of this system can effectively reduce laboratory safety risks and provide a strong guarantee for the development of experimental teaching in the college.
