摘要
广州市南沙区图书馆在探索公共文化服务社会化运营过程中,为规避社会化运营带来的专业性和稳定性方面的弊端,推出了积分制薪酬措施。文章采用案例分析法、问卷调查法对此薪酬体系进行了研究,探索在当下图书馆编制普遍紧缺,大量采用社会化购买服务的背景下,如何确保购买服务人才队伍质量,具备广泛的行业应用价值。
The process of exploring the socialized operation of government purchasing services,Nansha District Library of Guangzhou introduces the measures of the point-based salary system in order to avoid the disadvantages of professionalism and stability brought by socialized operation.This paper uses case analysis method and questionnaire survey method to study the measures of salary system,and explores how to ensure the quality of purchasing service personnel under the background of the general shortage of library preparation and the large number of social purchasing service methods,which has a wide range of industry application value.
