复方黄柏液针对于清热解毒和消肿祛腐具有良好效果。以聚乙烯醇,明胶和导电聚苯胺为主体,植酸为交联剂制备水凝胶。浸渍法负载复方黄柏液和银纳米粒子,制备中药复合载银纳米粒子水凝胶。研究表明,制备的水凝胶抗炎效果好,可促伤口愈合生长,对严重感染发炎具有治疗效果。

Compound Phellodendron liquid maks a different in clearing away heat and detoxifying swelling and removing rot.Take polyvinyl alcohol,gelatin and conductive polyaniline as the main body,phytic acid as the cross-linking agent to prepare hydrogels.Then the compound Phellodendri solution and silver nanoparticles were loaded by impregnation method to prepare the Chinese medicine composite silver nanoparticles hydrogel with excellent antibacterial ability.The study showed the prepared Chinese medicine composite silver nanoparticles hydrogel had good anti-inflammatory effect.It can promote wound healing and growth,and has the therapeutic effect on severe infection and inflammation.
