摘要
目的:探讨CT联合X射线在儿童支气管肺炎中的诊断价值和影像学特点。方法:回顾分析基线资料收治的疑似小儿支气管肺炎91例作为研究对象,以CT、X射线以及二者联合为诊断标准,以病理学检查为金标准为准,分析X射线、CT、二者联合诊断价值和影像学特点。结果:ROC曲线分析:X射线诊断儿童支气管肺炎曲线下面积(AUC)=0.633,CT诊断:AUC=0.633,(95%:0.925-0.731);二者联合诊断AUC=0.926,(95%:0.852-0.970)。结论:低剂量CT联合X射线诊断在儿童支气管肺炎中具有较高诊断价值和准确的判断。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value and imaging characteristics of CT combined with X-ray in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:A retrospective analysis of baseline data of 91 cases of suspected pediatric bronchopneumonia was taken as the research object.X-ray,CT-ray and the combination of the two were used as the diagnostic criteria,and pathological examination as the gold standard.The diagnostic value of X-ray,CT,and the combination of the two was analyzed.and imaging features.Results:ROC curve analysis:X diagnosis of children with bronchopneumonia area under the curve(AUC)=0.633;CT diagnosis:AUC=0.633,(95%:0.925-0.731);combined diagnosis of the two AUC=0.926,(95%:0.852-0.970).Conclusion:Low-doseCT combined with X-ray diagnosis has high diagnostic value and accurate judgment in children with bronchopneumonia.
