电动空气止血仪联合疼痛管理在四肢骨折手术中的应用

Electric air hemostat combined with pain management in extremity fracture surgery

目的:探究电动空气止血仪联合疼痛管理在四肢骨折患者手术中的应用。方法:选取100例四肢骨手术患者,随机分为两组,各50例,比较两组患者术后当天、术后第1天、2天、3天疼痛情况,围术期指标、并发症、止血情况及护理服务情况。结果:观察组相同时间点VAS评分低于对照组,围术期指标优于对照组,且术后并发症较少,止血优良率更高,护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:四肢骨折手术患者应用电动空气止血仪联合疼痛管理可减轻术后疼痛,改善术后效果,减少并发症且能提高护理服务满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application of electric air hemostasis instrument combined with pain management in patients with extremity fractures in surgery.Methods:100 patients with extremity bone surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groupsBoth groups received routine perioperative nursing intervention.On this basis,the observation group was treated with electric air hemostasis combined with pain management.The pain,perioperative indexes,complications,hemostasis and nursing services of the two groups were compared on the day after operation,the first day,the second day and the third day after operation.ResultsThe VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the same time point,the perioperative indicators were better than that of the control group,and the observation group had fewer postoperative complications,higher hemostatic excellence rate,and higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of electric air hemostasis combined with pain management in patients with limb fracture surgery can reduce postoperative pain,improve postoperative effect,reduce complications and improve nursing service satisfaction.
