摘要
目的:探讨不同骨水泥经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折(OVCF)的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年1月在聊城市退役军人医院治疗的OVCF患者198例,随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各99例。对照组推注拉丝期聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)骨水泥,观察组推注拉丝期仿生矿化胶原改性PMMA骨水泥。比较两组患者的临床指标。结果:术后不同时间点,两组患者的Cobb角、视觉模拟评分评分较术前显著降低,矢状面指数较治疗前显著提高,观察组术中骨水泥渗漏发生率、再骨折发生率较对照组显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论:仿生矿化胶原改性PMMA骨水泥用于OVCF患者的治疗可减少再骨折发生。
Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty with different bone cements in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures(OVCF).Methods:198 patients with OVCF treated in Liaocheng veterans hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 99 cases in each group.The control group was injected with polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)bone cement during wire drawing,and the observation group was injected with PMMA bone cement modified by biomimetic mineralized collagen during wire drawing.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:at different time points after operation,the Cobb angle and visual analog score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation,and the sagittal index was significantly higher than that before treatment.The incidence of bone cement leakage and re fracture in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:biomimetic mineralized collagen modified PMMA bone cement can reduce the incidence of re fracture in patients with OVCF.
