显微根管与传统根管治疗术对慢性牙髓炎的疗效对比研究

目的:对比显微根管与传统根管治疗术对慢性牙髓炎的疗效。方法:将156例牙髓炎患者分为观察(78例,传统根管)、对照(78例,根管显微镜技术联合超声技术)2组。统计治疗及麻醉时间、VAS评分、磨牙根管检出率、根管填充程度及不良反应,随访评估疗效。结果:观察组治疗及麻醉时间短于对照组,术后VAS评分低于对照组。观察组第一磨牙、第二磨牙根管检出数高于对照组。观察组根管填充程度优于对照组且不良反应发生率低于对照组。观察组总有效率高于对照组。所有对比均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:显微根管技术治疗牙髓炎整体疗效更好,安全性更高。

Objective:Compare the efficacy of microroot canal and traditional root canal treatment on chronic pulpitis.Methods:156 patients with pulpitis were divided into observation group(78 cases,traditional root canal)and control group(78 cases,root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound).The treatment and anesthesia time,VAS score,molar root canal detection rate,root canal filling degree and adverse reactions were counted,and the curative effect was evaluated by follow-up.Results:The treatment and anesthesia time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the postoperative VAS score was lower than that of the control group.The number of root canals of the first and second molars in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The degree of root canal filling in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.All the comparisons showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro root canal technique is more effective and safe in the treatment of pulpitis.
