Influence of nozzle on the apparent quality of nanocrystalline ribbon

摘要 研究氮化硼喷嘴硬度,加工方式及结构的差异对FeCuNbSiB纳米晶带材质量的影响。研究结果表明,喷嘴的硬度直接影响带材表面划痕的严重程度。喷嘴加工方式影响喷嘴狭缝的边缘精度,进而影响带材厚度一致性,尤其是对带材边缘厚度影响较大。喷嘴结构也是直接影响带材表面质量的重要因素,尤其对厚度一致性影响明显。因此,需根据带材质量要求,选择合适的喷嘴加工工艺。 The influence of the difference of nozzle hardness, machining method and structure on the apparent quality of FeCuNbSiB nanocrystalline ribbon were discussed. The results show that the hardness of the nozzle material directly affects the severity of scratches on ribbon surface. machining method of the nozzle affects the edge accuracy of slit, affecting the ribbon thickness consistency, especially on the ribbon edge thickness. Nozzle structure is also an important factor directly affecting the surface quality of the ribbon, especially on the thickness consistency. Therefore, according to the ribbon surface quality requirements, the need to choose the appropriate nozzle machining process.
