两流大圆坯立式半连铸中间包设计及流场分析

摘要 采用仿真软件对两流大圆坯立式半连铸中间包进行分析,研究内部控流装置对中间包流场和温度场的影响。结果表明,在大包长水口下方设置湍流控制器能够有效促进杂物上浮,减小钢液对包底和包壁的冲刷,有利于延长中间包的使用寿命。设计堰和坝能够引导钢液流向液面,有利于夹杂物上浮,同时能够防止底部形成短路流。湍流控制器与堰坝挡墙组合使用效果更加理想。仿真结果表明,中间包最大温降约为30℃,位于两流浇注口的上方液面。在设计中间包时,可以通过加厚耐火材料和绝缘板来最大限度减小钢水的温降。 Simulation software is adopted to analyze the two strand bloom tundish of vertical semi-continuous casting, and the influence of internal flow control device on the flow field and temperature field is studied. The results show that the turbulence inhibitor under the ladle shroud can effectively promote floating of the impurities, reduce the erosion of molten steel on the bottom and wall of the tundish and prolong service life of the tundish. The design of weir and dam can effectively guide the molten steel to the liquid surface, facilitate floating of the impurities, and prevent the formation of short circuit flow on the bottom. The combination of turbulence inhibitor and weir and dam structure can achieve more ideal effect. The simulation results show that, the maximum temperature drop of the tundish locates at the top liquid surface of the two strand pouring gate,which is about 30℃. Therefore, during design of the tundish, thicker refractory and insulation board can be applied to minimize the temperature drop of the molten steel.
