摘要
飞剪装配时转鼓与同步齿轮需要经过多次试装配及配研,检测接触率后修配,生产周期长,质量不易保证。为此,采用同步检测法在试装前消除两者间的偏差,提高装配效率及装配质量。通过优化环形液压缸工艺方案、改进刀具,合理选择切削参数,避免飞剪装配后环形液压缸与转鼓旋合位置的螺纹卡死现象。
During assembly of the flying shear, the drum and synchronous gear have to be trial assembled and matched for multiple times, and have to be trimmed and matched again after the contact rate is detected, which results in long production cycle and the quality is hard to guarantee. Therefore, the synchronous detection method is adopted to eliminate the deviationbefore trial assembly, so as to improve theefficiency and quality of assembly work. Stuck of thread at the rotary position of the annular hydraulic cylinder and the drum after flying shear assembly is avoided by optimizing the process scheme of the annual hydraulic cylinder and the machining tool, as well as choosing appropriate cutting parameters.
