基于振动信号的干式真空泵轴承故障诊断

摘要 针对某干式真空泵工作中轴承受冲击载荷产生故障问题,基于振动信号的时域、频域、包络谱分析,对轴承进行故障检测。结果表明:与新轴承相比,主动轴承的振动加速度有效值较大,峰值因子和峭度变化不大,故障诊断为摩擦故障,从动轴承测试结果与新轴承接近,摩擦故障不明显。对主动轴承的频谱和包络谱分析发现,内、外圈振动较大,内圈比外圈磨损严重。 Aiming at the fault caused by the impact load on the bearing of a certain type of dry vacuum pump during working,the bearing failure detection is carried out based on the analysis of vibration signal in time domain, frequency domain and envelope spectrum of the vibration signal. The results show that compared with the new bearing, the effective value of vibration acceleration of the drive shaft bearing is larger, the peak factor and kurtosis change slightly, and the result of fault diagnosis is friction fault. Test result of the driven shaft bearing is close to that of the new bearing, the friction fault is not obvious.Analysis of the spectrum and envelope spectrum of the drive bearing shows that the inner and outer rings vibrate greatly, and worn of the inner ring is more serious than the outer ring.
