摘要
利用CFPS数据考察了数字基础设施对包容性增长的影响,进一步分析基础型人力资本(正规教育)和扩展型人力资本(信息获取与自我学习)的可能作用。基于HDFE模型的实证研究,结果发现:数字基础设施能够通过提升扩展型人力资本积累推动收入增长,并显著降低高-低收入群体间的收入差距,实现包容性增长,但城乡收入差距有效收敛依赖于基础型人力资本水平的不断提升;基础型人力资本积累水平越高,数字基础设施实现包容性增长的促进作用越强。
Based on the CFPS data, this paper examines the impact of digital infrastructure on inclusive growth, and further analyzes the possible role of basic human capital(formal education) and extended human capital(information acquisition and self-learning). Results of empirical analysis based on HDFE model show that, digital infrastructure can promote income growth by increasing the accumulation of individual extended human capital, and significantly reduce the income gap between high and low income groups to achieve inclusive growth. But the effective convergence of urban-rural income gap depends on the continuous improvement of basic human capital level. In general, the higher the level of basic human capital accumulation, the stronger the catalytic role of digital infrastructure in achieving inclusive growth.
