Ten assertions on the sound connotation of common prosperity in the new era

新时代共同富裕具有丰富的内涵,至少包括十个基本论断。共同富裕不是同时同步富裕,不是两极分化,强调全体人民共同富裕;共同富裕是先富带动后富,最终实现共同富裕;共同富裕强调物质和精神的共同富裕;实现共同富裕不能急躁,是一个长期渐进的过程;共同富裕的标准应该是动态的,不断调整提高的;共同富裕农村是重点,应该实施乡村振兴战略;共同富裕不是西方的福利主义,不是平均主义;收入分配制度改革很重要,但不是实现共同富裕的唯一路径;共同富裕应该走经济高质量发展之路;实现共同富裕必须坚持中国式现代化。

Common prosperity in the new era has rich connotations,including at least ten basic assertions. Common prosperity does not mean simultaneous prosperity or polarization;it emphasizes the common prosperity for all the people;common prosperity means that the rich drive the poor,and finally achieve common prosperity;common prosperity emphasizes both material and spiritual common prosperity;common prosperity should not be rushed,which is a longterm and gradual process;the standard of common prosperity should be dynamic,constantly adjusting and improving;common prosperity in rural areas is a priority,and we should implement the rural revitalization strategy;common prosperity is not the Western welfare doctrine or equalitarianism;reform of the income distribution system is important,but it is not the only way to achieve common prosperity;common prosperity should follow the path of high-quality economic development. To achieve common prosperity,we must adhere to Chinese-style modernization.
