摘要
Janus氧化硅纳米颗粒是一种功能分区明显、毒性低、化学稳定性好、表面易改性的不对称纳米材料,可作为高效客体分子载体,用以构建微反应器、油水分离以及智能双药递送系统等,因此人们对其制备与应用研究经久不衰。本文着重介绍Janus氧化硅纳米颗粒不对称形貌的制备方法,并对其形貌多样性的构建、功能化设计、发展及应用进行展望。
Janus silica nanoparticle is a kind of asymmetric nanomaterials with two different functional regions compartmentalized onto the same objects regions, low toxicity, good chemical stability and easy surface modification. The research on preparation and application of Janus silica nanoparticles as a kind of high efficient guest molecule carriers such as micro reactors, oil-water separation systems, and smart dual drug delivery vehicles have been enduring. In this review, fabrication of asymmetric morphology of Janus silica nanoparticles were summarized. In addition, the morphology diversity, functional design, development and application of Janus silica nanoparticles were prospected.
