摘要
本文中制备出的硬质合金所采用的原材料中都不含有氮元素,采用硬质合金专用真空、脱脂加压烧结一体炉烧结,然后于1450℃下分别烧结1h、2h、3h制备出四种钴含量不同的表层缺立方相梯度硬质合金;分别采用EDS、SEM及XRD等分析了合金的微观组织,成分分布和物相组成。结果表明:钴含量的变化对于WC的晶粒度及“芯—环”结构并没有明显影响。钴含量较低时对合金整体性能并无太大影响。
No nitrogen element was found in the raw materials of cemented carbide prepared in this paper. Four kinds of surface decube cemented carbide with different cobalt content were prepared by vacuum sintering, pressure sintering and sintering at 1450℃ for 1 h, 2 h and 3 h respectively. The microstructure, composition distribution and phase composition of the alloy were analyzed by EDS, SEM and XRD. The results show that the change of cobalt content has no obvious effect on the grain size and core-ring structure of WC. Low cobalt content has little effect on the overall performance of the alloy.
