摘要
在复合材料层合板受低能量冲击破坏机理研究基础上,提出了基于Tsai-Wu失效准则和试验数据设计VUMAT子程序建立复合材料的材料本构模型。开展了ABAQUS显示动力模块下基于VUMAT子程序复合材料有限元计算,并与冲击实验结果对比,验证了分析的可靠性。建立了一套在复合材料层合板的冲击损伤数值分析中的方法,为后续工程研究打下了基础。
Based on the mechanism of low-energy impact failure of composite laminates, the VUMAT subprogram based on the ABAQUS explicit power module was numerically analyzed, and a VUMAT subprogram model based on Tsai-Wu failure criterion and test data was proposed,and a material constitutive model of composite materials was established. A set of methods for the numerical analysis of impact damage of composite laminates was set up, which laid a foundation for subsequent engineering research.
