摘要
通过深入现场详细踏勘生活垃圾填埋场现状,并收集项目建设、运行、管理资料,结合岩土工程及水文地质勘察资料,查找填埋场存在的问题。针对问题,经过论证选择封场治理方案。依据确定的方案,对填埋场进行垃圾堆体整形、封场覆盖、地下水污染控制、填埋气体收集导排处理、渗沥液导排与处理、防洪与地表径流导排、封场绿化等进行全面设计。通过控制污染物向周边环境扩散,系统性的解决填埋场污染问题,保障周边居民健康及环境安全。
Through in-depth site survey of the current situation of the municipal solid waste landfill, and collection of project construction, operation, management data, combined with geotechnical engineering and hydrogeological investigation data, the problems of the landfill were found out. In view of the problems, after demonstration, the closure control was selected. According to the determined scheme, a comprehensive design for landfill shaping, landfill covering, groundwater pollution control, landfill gas collection and drainage treatment, leachate collection and treatment,flood control and surface runoffdiversion, landfill afforestation, etc. was carried out. By controlling the diffusion of pollutants to the surrounding environment, the pollution problem of the landfill site was systematically solved, and the health and environmental safety of the surrounding residents were guaranteed.
