生物强化处理高浓度炼化废水技术的成功应用

摘要 高浓度炼化废水处理是众多炼化企业面临的难题。本文介绍了生物强化处理高浓度炼化废水技术原理及改造内容。采用该技术预处理炼化废水,工程运行结果表明:在高效生物反应器装置进水COD在8000~12000mg/L范围内,在设计进水量内,出水COD约为600~1500mg/L,达到≤1500mg/L要求;出水B/C比为0.5左右,达到≥0.3设计要求,出水依然具有良好的可生化性,极大缓解了后续生化系统压力,达到预期效果。 The treatment of high concentration refinery wastewater is a difficult problem faced by many refinery enterprises. This paper introduces the technical principle and transformation content of biological enhanced treatment of high concentration refinery wastewater. The technology is used to pretreat refinery wastewater. The project operation results show that: within the range of 8000~12000 mg/L COD in the influent of the high efficiency bioreactor, within the design influent volume, the COD in the effluent is about 600~1500 mg/L, which meets the requirement of ≤ 1500 mg/L;The effluent B/C ratio is about 0.5, which meets the design requirements of ≥ 0.3. The effluent still has good biodegradability, greatly relieving the pressure of the subsequent biochemical system, and achieving the desired effect.
