摘要
以市面销售的三种强酸型阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,以环己烷为带水剂,以1,2-丙二醇和冰醋酸为原料,探究在酸性树脂的催化下,绿色高效地制备高纯度的功能型环保溶剂:1,2-丙二醇二醋酸酯(PGDA)。为了提高合成效率,本论文在反应时间4~6h内,对反应过程中带水剂的带水时长、反应温度、催化剂类型、催化剂用量、乙酸的当量及加料方式等影响因素进行了探究,得到最优的反应组合条件,可使反应在6h内1,2-丙二醇的转化率和产品1,2-丙二醇二醋酸酯(PGDA)纯度高达99%以上。
With three kinds of strong acid cation exchange resins on the market as catalysts, cyclohexane as water-carrying agent, 1, 2-propylene glycol and acetic acid as raw materials, this paper explores the green and efficient preparation of high purity functional environmental solvent: 1, 2-propylene glycol diacetate(PGDA) under the catalysis of acid resin. In order to improve the efficiency of synthesis, this paper explored the following influencing factors such as the duration of the water-carrying agent, the reaction temperature, the type and amount of catalyst, the equivalent of acetic acid and the feeding way within 4~6 hours. The conversion rate of 1, 2-propylene glycol and the purity of PGDA can be up to 99% or more under the optimal combination of reaction conditions.
