基于BP神经网络的入境旧机电产品再制造质量评估研究

摘要 针对入境旧机电产品再制造质量影响因素多、质量控制难度大等问题,探讨入境旧机电产品再制造质量影响因素体系,研究入境旧机电产品再制造质量评估系统组织结构,提出基于BP神经网络的入境旧机电产品再制造质量评估模型,进而以入境旧机床再制造质量评估为例,构建入境旧机床再制造质量评估系统,验证所提评估模型的可行性和有效性。 In allusion to the problems such as multiple factors affecting the remanufacturing quality of imported used mechanical and electrical products which result in quality control difficulties,the influencing factor system of the remanufacturing quality of imported used mechanical and electrical products is discussed.Then the organization structure of the remanufacturing quality assessment system for imported used mechanical and electrical products is established and the remanufacturing quality assessment model based on BP neural network is put forward.Thus,taking the remanufacturing quality assessment of imported used machine tools as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the remanufacturing quality assessment system is verified.
