摘要
本文通过对PPP模式下城市快速路管理人员风险偏好影响因素为研究对象,引入PPP模式下城市快速路项目管理人员风险偏好计划行为理论,建立管理人员风险偏好影响因素模型,使用调查问卷进行数据收集,运用因子分析进行检验。尝试对工程管理人员风险偏好影响因素进行讨论。以计划行为理论为基础构建理论模型并提出相关假设。针对识别出来的影响因素设计问卷,发放给工程管理人员进行数据收集,利用结构方程模型对数据进行分析,对研究假设进行验证。
In this paper,the influential factors of urban expressway managers'risk preference under PPP mode are taken as the research object,the planning behavior theory of urban expressway project managers'risk preference under PPP mode is introduced,the influential factor model of managers'risk preference is established,and the data is collected by questionnaires and tested by factor analysis.This paper attempts to discuss the factors that influence the risk preference of engineering managers.Based on the theory of planned behavior,a theoretical model is constructed and related hypotheses are put forward.Questionnaires were designed for the identified influencing factors and sent to engineering managers for data collection.Structural equation model was used to analyze the data and verify the research hypotheses.
