低能耗小型苦咸水淡化系统设计

摘要 淡水资源短缺已成为制约我国农村生活和农业生产的主要因素之一,采用反渗透技术淡化苦咸水提供了淡水短缺的解决方案。设计了一种带有压力能量回收装置的小型苦咸水淡化系统,通过将回收的浓水压力转化为苦咸水进膜压力,降低苦咸水压力提升所需的电机功率。可为我国部分农村地区的饮用水安全和生产用水保障起到推动作用。 The shortage of fresh water resources has become one of the main factors restricting rural life and agricultural production in China.Using reverse osmosis technology to desalinate brackish water provides a solution to the shortage of fresh water.A small brackish water desalination system with pressure energy recovery device is designed.By converting the pressure of the recovered concentrated water into the pressure of the brackish water entering the membrane,the motor power required for the pressure increase of the brackish water is reduced.It can promote drinking water safety and production water security in some rural areas of China.
