Construction Technology of Prestressed Anti-corrosion and Anti-floating Anchor

东洲人才租赁房项目抗浮设计等级为乙级,使用期抗浮稳定安全系数Kw取1.05。采用缓粘结预应力抗浮锚杆技术进行抗浮,锚杆形式为压力型预应力锚杆,防腐等级为II级,抗浮锚杆与地下结构底板连接部位的防水等级为二级。本工程地下缓粘结抗浮锚杆,共约392根。锚杆成孔直径≥200mm,内置3根直径15.2mm缓粘结钢绞线,锚杆桩长10m,满足入岩要求,以桩长控制为主。东洲人才租赁房项目抗浮锚杆的目的是抵抗建筑物由于受地下水的作用而产生的向上的浮力,抗浮设计考虑上部结构自重+附加恒载+上覆填士自重的作用。本文重点介绍防腐抗浮锚杆的施工工艺及注意事项,为类似工程施工提供宝贵的经验。

The anti floating design grade of Dongzhou Talent Rental Housing Project is Grade B,and the anti floating stability safety factor Kw during the service life is 1.05.The slow bonding prestressed anti floating anchor bolt technology is adopted for anti floating.The anchor bolt is a pressure type prestressed anchor bolt,and the anti-corrosion grade is Grade II.The waterproof grade of the connection between the anti floating anchor bolt and the bottom plate of the underground structure is Grade II.There are about 392 slow bond anti floating anchors in the project.The hole diameter of the anchor rod is≥200mm,and three slow bonding steel strands with a diameter of 15.2mm are embedded.The anchor rod pile is 10m long,meeting the requirements for rock entry,and the pile length is mainly controlled.The purpose of the anti floating anchor bolt of Dongzhou Talent Rental Housing Project is to resist the upward buoyancy of the building due to the action of groundwater.The anti floating design considers the effect of the weight of the superstructure+additional dead load+the weight of the overlying filler.This paper mainly introduces the construction technology and precautions of anti-corrosion and anti floating anchor bolt,which provides valuable experience for similar projects.
