摘要
城市轨道车辆基地是地铁车辆维修、停放、运用管理以及办公、培训的场所,其占地面积和建筑规模都很大,且用地条件要求较高。近年来,随着“节约用地、高效利用”方针的贯彻,部分城市轨道交通车辆基地设置于地下。现行规范对地下车辆基地部分消防问题没有明确规定,部分内容无法遵循现有规范进行设计。本文从消防车道总平面布局、设计要点及安全需求判定标准三方面进行了探讨,通过参考现行规范和借鉴相关工程经验,提出相关的建议,为后续类似工程提供一定的借鉴。
Urban rail vehicle base is a place for subway vehicle maintenance,parking,operation management,office and training.It covers a large area and has a large building scale,and requires high land use conditions.In recent years,with the implementation of the policy of"land conservation and efficient utilization",some urban rail transit vehicle bases are set underground.The current specification does not clearly specify some fire protection problems of the underground vehicle base,and some contents cannot be designed according to the existing specification.This paper discusses the general layout of fire lane,key points of design and criteria for determining safety requirements,and puts forward relevant suggestions by referring to current specifications and relevant engineering experience,which will provide some reference for similar projects in the future.
