摘要 目前化工工业逐渐进步,化工产品在人们的日常生活中以各种方式进行应用,但是大部分化工产品都具有易燃、易爆等特征,并且很多化工工业中存在大量的危险化学反应,有严重的安全隐患。为了能够降低这些安全隐患问题,就要对化工工艺的设计安全问题进行详细分析,然后根据问题出现的原因,提出相应的解决措施,降低化工产品对环境的污染,同时积极响应节能减排的号召。对此,主要针对化工工艺设计安全问题的解决措施,以及节能环保的有效措施进行分析探究。 In the current chemical industry is gradually progress, the chemical industry in people’s daily life in various ways, but most of the chemical products are flammable, explosive, and many chemical industry has a large number of dangerous chemical reaction, serious safety risks, in order to reduce these safety problems, to the chemical process design safety problems for detailed analysis, and then according to the cause of the problem, make corresponding solutions to reduce chemical pollution to the environment, and actively respond to the call of energy conservation and emission reduction. In this regard, this paper mainly analyzes the solutions to the safety problems of chemical process design and the effective measures of energy conservation and environmental protection.
