水下防喷器组液压连接器现状及发展

Current and Develop on Subsea Hydraulic Connector of Subsea BOP Stack

液压连接器是水下防喷器组的关键单元设备,其核心技术主要掌握在国外少数几个生产厂家。为保障我国能源安全和海洋权益,应加快开发具有自主知识产权的水下防喷器组。介绍了Vetco Gray、DrilQuip、Shaffer水下防喷器组液压连接器的研究现状,分析了它们的结构特点、使用特点以及优缺点并给出了建议。国内在开发水下液压连接器时应在产品结构、密封材料、锁紧和解锁机构等方面加强研究。

Hydraulic connector is the key equipment of subsea blowout preventer stack, of whichthe core technology is mainly controlled by a few foreign manufacturers. To guarantee our country’s energy securityand protect our maritime rights and interests, and to accelerate the development of BOP stack with independent intellectual property rights, the current study on Vetco Gray, Dril-Quip, Shaffer subsea BOP hydraulic connector have been introduced, and their design features, use features and advantages and disadvantages have been analyzed. The research and development suggestions are given, research on the product structure, sealing materials, locking and unlocking mechanismshould be strengthened during development of subsea hydraulic connector.
