Practice of the Leading Unit of Epc+O Project for Black and Odorous Water Treatment and Application Problems

以黑臭水体治理项目实施模式为研究要点,对当前我国黑臭水体治理现状及传统实施模式存在的问题进行了分析,并结合中山市港口项目黑臭水体治理项目的典型案例,探讨了黑臭水体治理EPC+O项目牵头单位的实践和应用问题,为我国黑臭水体治理项目的实施提供新思路。

Taking the implementation mode of the black and odorous water treatment project as the research point, this paper analyzes the current situation of the black and odorous water treatment in China and the problems existing in the traditional implementation mode, and combined with the typical case of the black and odorous water treatment project of Zhongshan port project, discusses the practice and application problems of the leading unit of the black and odorous water treatment EPC+o project, so as to provide new ideas for the implementation of the black and odorous water treatment project in China.
